Chichaqu The Midweight Fleece Crewneck

This fleece is woven entirely from recycled plastic bottles—collected, cleaned, crushed, melted, and filtered into high-quality polyester yarn. The result is a fabric that’s noticeably softer than conventional fleece, designed to close the loop, reduce waste, and give resources a second life.

Made in the same specialized mills as Polartec® and custom-developed at 350gsm, it’s slightly heavier than the classic Polartec® Classic 300. Compared to ordinary fleece, it offers clear advantages: minimal pilling, superior warmth, anti-static properties, and quick drying when damp.

Breathable, durable, and made to retain its warmth wash after wash, it’s easy to care for and works perfectly as a standalone layer or under a shell.

Built on a classic crewneck sweatshirt silhouette with raglan sleeves and a relaxed fit, it accommodates different body types. The contrast-color ribbing at the collar and cuffs adds style, while the diagonal snap closure at the neck makes it easy to put on and adds wind protection. Nylon panels at key areas provide subtle detail, and side zip pockets offer secure storage.
